Maytabi — Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 28 June 2026.

1. The service

Maytabi is a software tool that helps motorsport teams plan travel: it finds candidate flights, groups travellers, arranges rental cars and accommodation formatting, and validates the resulting plan. It is a planning and information tool only. The service is provided by Maytabi, operated by its founder; contact [email protected].

2. Bookings happen outside Maytabi — the most important term

Maytabi does not sell, book, ticket, or act as agent for any flight, car, hotel, train or other travel service. It finds and validates options and presents them with links; the coordinator (you) makes every actual booking directly with the airline or provider, on that provider's own website, under that provider's terms. Maytabi is not a travel agent, tour operator, or intermediary, and holds no client money.

Consequently:

No safety or quality assessment. Maytabi's suggestions — flights, rental cars, accommodation, trains and any other travel service — are based on schedule, route, price, grouping and convenience, not on the safety, airworthiness, roadworthiness, security, quality, or operational standards of any provider. Maytabi does not inspect, vet, endorse, certify, or guarantee any airline, car-hire company, hotel, train operator, or other provider, or any aircraft, vehicle, premises or service. Each provider is solely responsible for the safety and performance of its own service. The coordinator and team ultimately decide which services to use and book them directly with the provider. Maytabi is not liable for the acts, omissions, safety, quality, or performance of any provider, including any death, injury, loss or damage arising from any flight, vehicle, accommodation, or other travel service.

3. Accuracy & "as is"

Flight and schedule data is sourced from third parties (see the Privacy Policy sub-processor list) and may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that results are complete, error-free, or uninterrupted. Validation checks (e.g. passport-expiry, name consistency) are aids, not a substitute for the coordinator's own checks.

5. Accounts, licences & fees

The licence is granted to the team, not to an individual coordinator. Access is per the agreed plan / season licence. Fees, billing, renewal, payment and termination terms are set out in the individual order agreed with each team/customer. The annual licence does not renew automatically, and Maytabi is under no obligation to offer, continue, or renew the service to any team — Maytabi may decline to provide or renew the service to any team at its sole discretion.

6. Intellectual property

Maytabi and its software, matching logic, and curated data (e.g. circuit-airport tables) are our property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your licence. You retain ownership of your roster and plan data.

7. Data protection

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, which form part of these Terms. In summary: sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, confirmation files are stored in EU-jurisdiction storage, no AI or large-language-model is used in planning (matching is deterministic software) and no personal data is sent to any AI, and you can export or erase your data at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maytabi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost savings, lost profit, or loss arising from bookings made with providers or from any provider's acts, omissions, safety or performance (sections 2 and 3). Subject to the following paragraph, Maytabi's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service is limited to the fee paid by the team for the single annual licence in effect when the event giving rise to the claim occurred (not any other or earlier licence period).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any mandatory consumer-protection rights. The exclusions and the cap above do not apply to those.

9. Suspension & termination

9.1 By the customer. The team may stop using the service and request deletion of its account and data at any time (see section 7 and the Privacy Policy). The licence is granted on an annual basis. Except for any statutory cancellation right (in the EU, a 14-day withdrawal period from the start of the contract), fees are non-refundable — if the team stops using the service part-way through the licence year, no refund of the remaining period is due.

9.2 Suspension or termination by Maytabi. We may suspend or terminate access, in whole or in part, where:

9.3 Notice. For non-payment, deactivation takes effect on the due date as set out in 9.2(a). For other breaches, except where the breach is serious, ongoing, or poses a security risk (in which case we may suspend immediately), we will give reasonable notice and, where the issue can be put right, an opportunity to do so before terminating.

9.4 Effect of termination. On termination or expiry of the licence:

9.5 Survival. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability and any accrued payment obligations) continue in effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the service, are governed by the laws of Spain. The courts of Spain shall have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer-protection rights a customer may have under the law of their own country of residence.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves; material changes will be notified to account holders.
